Happy Framing Just wanted to give you another heads up that the frame arrived earlier today (a day early), and it’s beautiful! I really appreciate that quick response, and look forward to ordering from you all again in the future. Betaa,	Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. We were very pleased with the quality of the hanging frame that you installed. Looks quite elegant. The metal prints continue to sell well and, again, the excellence of your product is a major contributing factor. Lots of people think that the print is on glass and constantly mention the vividness of the colors. So good work. We'll be back for more. John,	far exceeded my expectations... The final product far exceeded my expectations, and made for a spectacular present for my sister's birthday. I will definitely be ordering more canvas prints for my office to display my work.
