I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the frames I received just before Christmas. I will be using your services/products more and more in the future, for sure. Also, I hope you don't mind that I attached a couple of images of paintings with the frame (the still life is unfinished btw). As an artist, framing is often a very costly and, frankly, nerve-wracking part of the process. I get the feeling that your products will go a long way to alleviating both of those pressures for me in the future. To be honest, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the quality of the frames (of course, I was not expecting them to bad. :) ). The mitres were as close to perfect as one can get and all were strongly fastened: the v-nails were all flush, the bottoms flat, corners matching, etc.. Very sturdy feel and fit; well packed, and promptly shipped -- and all of that for a very reasonable price. Bravo!

The colours were well replicated, the canvas material was rich and thick and the overall service was excellent. Thanks for your excellent customer service on getting this right in the end. I can't hide my disappointment with your quality control considering this order was placed Feb 1st.
