My wife opened it on her birthday and the photo brought tears of joy to her eyes. Unfortunately, the frame and print had been damaged in shipping. I contacted Reza at KeenART and informed her of the problem. KeenART promptly created another print and shipped it immediately. It arrived in perfect condition.
