I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. Such amazing print quality, framing quality, and truly unreal customer service. I was so grateful with their speedy replies to my (many) emails as I tried to get two pictures of different sizes properly cropped to print as a set.
